Terms of Service
General
- This is a traditional artist, therefore the process is different from other digital artists.
- Changes can NOT be made past the sketch stage. You will be given many chances to change whatever you feel needs to be changed.
- The artist reserves the right to refuse any request.
- The artist does not copy other artist’s styles. You are paying for THEIR style.
- If you are requesting NSFW or Gore, you MUST be over the age of 18.
- It is your responsibility to provide the artist with all the needed information for the commission!
- The artist will do their best to contact you as soon as possible after your request is made but please do be patient.

- Anthropomorphic Creatures (Furries, MLP, Alien, Fantasy)
- Minor Vore (very case sensitive)
- Fetishes/Kinks
- Gore
This Artist WON’T Draw
- Certain Kinks/Fetishes
- Scat
- Hardcore Vore
- Complex Mechas
- Anything Hateful/Discriminatory
Commission Process
- You will receive progress images at every stage of the process.
- All commissions will have a signature, usually at the bottom right hand side. This can be discussed for the use of icons/stickers.
Sketch
- You will be given many chances to change things such as pose, expression, details, and whatever else at this stage.
- The artist reserves the right to reject any criticism that has anything to do with artistic skill, style, or preference. This includes: anatomy, shading/colouring, among other things.
Flat Colour
- Due to my medium being traditional, there are things that CANNOT be changed at this stage. Please have everything confirmed and corrected at the Sketch stage.
- The artist uses Alcohol based and watercolour markers.
- Markers have a wonderful variety of colours and it is possible to mix certain ones as well, but also be aware that sometimes the colours may look slightly different to your references.
Shading
- Please be advised that shading can be added but NOT taken away.
Lineart
- Mistakes do happen and if the artist does make any major mistakes, your piece will be discounted.
- The artist usually uses an 03 black fine liner, but other colours may be available, just ask!
Final
- If needed, the piece will be edited digitally to fix any easy mistakes.
Payment
- There is absolutely no refunds once any kind of progress has been made on your commission.
- Payment is throughy PayPal. (E-Transfer may also be accepted but this is decided case-by-case.)
- Payment must be made upfront, before any work is done.
-If you don’t ‘have the money’, then please wait until you do to submit your request.
- PayPal E-Cheques are NOT accepted.
- Prices are in CANADIAN DOLLARS.
Shipping
- If you do want a physical copy of your commission, this will have to be discussed before the piece is started.
- If you decide in the middle of the commission process that you would like a physical copy, this MAY be able to be arranged. Please don’t hesitate to ask.
- The artist cannot control shipping prices.
- Any fees are the responsibility of the client and will be added ON TOP of original commission price.
Cancellations
- Both you and the artist are able to cancel a commission at ANYTIME. It does not matter how much progress has been made.
- If the commission is in the sketch stage and you choose to cancel, you will be issued a 70% refund, with the initial 30%
- If the commission is in the colouring stage, lineart stage, or is completed, no refund will be issued.
- If the artist chooses to cancel, be this for ANY reason, a full refund will be issued.
Artistic Rights
- The artist retains rights to any and all commissioned pieces, sketches, concepts, or unused sketches/concepts.
- The artist has the right to post anything they have drawn to any website or gallery.
- The artist retains the right to print, make merch, and sell any pieces they have drawn.
- If the commissioned piece is time-sensitive or a gift, posting of the piece may be delayed at your request.
Client Rights
- You have the right to post the signed commission as long as you give credit where credit is due.
- All posted commissions MUST link back to the artist using the post description.
- All icons must be linked back to the artist using your social media description on the site it is being used.
- If the social media you wish to post on has no way of linking back or crediting the artist, you are NOT permitted to post the art.
- You are allowed to print the artwork for the use of a gift or to display.
- You are NOT permitted to profit/sell the artwork.
- If you wish to use the art as a reference, that is allowed, just as long as the signature is still in tact and you do not claim that you have drawn it.
- You are NOT allowed to have another artist finish, colour, or add onto any piece of art.
- You are NOT permitted to adding the piece to a collage or other artwork without prior permission.
