- Loyalty is key, there are no level requirements
- Willing to be ACTIVE, NOT JUST FOR WAR
- Stay loyal and be serious about being an elder
- BE FRIENDLY AND DO NOT BLAME OTHER CLAN MEMBERS FOR MISTAKES
- Give help and advice to clanmates
- Provide constructive criticism when clanmates do something wrong or not well  
- Donate to clanmates, fill war castles (if you can)
- High activity and good war contribution
