While you have the responsibility to set your own VSE (Voluntary Self-Exclusion), Diamond Casino Management reserves the right to examine your behaviour to observe if you have stabilised your gambling addictions and have a more healthy approach when entering the casino again. These decisions are only to be made by our Gaming Manager and Director.

Please be CERTAIN when deciding the duration of your VSE as this will be final. If any members of staff are contacted to remove your blacklist before your chosen date, it will be ignored.
(This also applies to Permanent Blacklist Requests)

If you exceed a total of three VSE requests, Diamond Casino Management will be discussing a potential permanent blacklist.
