If your child is homeschooled, please indicate the grade your child would be in a traditional school.

Please choose the Core Sunday Program for your child.  

1st, 5th, and 8th grade parents: PLEASE READ Our Whole Lives (OWL) Sexuality Education will be offered to 1st, 5th, and 8th graders this year. The 1st grade module and the 5th grade module are offered during the 9:30 service and are offered as a part of the regular 1st and 5th grade classes. There will be an mandatory parent orientation for the OWL **Attendance at every OWL class is required.** If you have a child in the 1st or 5th grade and you don't want them to participate in OWL, they can attend another class during the OWL module. OWL classes are limited in size and are open on a first come, first served basis to members and associates only.

Both Middle School Youth Group and Middle School Movie Nights don't require formal registration so even if you don't sign up for these programs now, your child will continue to be invited to these programs through the year and can participate when they want to. It would be helpful to us to know if you intend to participate regularly in these programs

Does your child or youth have a special need that we should know about? Learning disabilitiy, physical disability, autism, ADHD, allergies, fears, illness, or other challenges. Please explain briefly. This information will be shared with staff and volunteers working with your child.
