By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree that, deposit and inquiry fees are nonrefundable. A $50 inquiry fee is required and has to be paid before the deposit fee is paid. 50% of the full commission deposit must be paid before any work is done. Progress images will be sent to you periodically. If you decide you don’t want the work you will owe a revisions fee of $100. *

Rules and Regulations
Commission deposits are non-refundable. Inquiry fee is non-refundabl, it’s also to insure the client is serious about the artwork. I do not copy or recreate other artists work. My time is not to be wasted. Any additions to specific pieces will result in additional charges.


Reference material
After the consultant fee and commission deposit fee is paid, I'll be contacting you for at least 3 to 4 images of reference material for details and the creative and/or recreative process.
