This is a high accountability group. Checking in with your teammates DAILY and being a substantial part of the group is a requirement. Do I have your promise that you will participate DAILY?
If you get quiet and discouraged along the way, how do you prefer I motivate you?

My coaching during this boot camp is free; however the program and supplements are not. What is the amount you are willing to spend to reach your goals?
There are different programs available, all at different price ranges. Not all programs will be a good fit for your lifestyle and goals. Please choose the amount that you are willing to spend on yourself.
