Complete this form if you are applying for funding to support your attendance to Jamfest through the Deb Bergman Memorial fund. Please note that applicants may apply for partial or full fees to be covered. Applications must be submitted prior to August 5th to be considered, and successful applicants will be informed August 21st. Please note that funds are limited, and success will depend on the evaluating panel.
