Since your complaint concerns misconduct by a member of our program, it is important you know Executive board members are NOT Title IX mandated reporters, and will not share anything from this form with anybody outside of the executive board without explicit permission of the person who submitted the complaint. The disciplinary measures we can enact against members of our club are limited by Title IX regulations, but we will do everything in our power to ensure misconduct is not tolerated within our club. Office of Prevention Education at Northeastern (OPEN) - OPEN provides confidential support services to students dealing with issues related to discrimination, harassment, and sexual violence. Anything you discuss with OPEN staff is strictly confidential and will not result in an official investigation unless you also report it to OUEC.
