Major Driving School 8 Hour Safety Course Registration


Hello! We hope that you are well. Students must pay in full before their classes in order to receive this special price. We offer our two day course every Saturday and Sunday online via Zoom from 10am-2pm. Payment options are listed below. Students will be emailed the Zoom links the Friday before their scheduled classes by 6pm once they have made a payment. If for some reason you have not received the links by 6pm students must contact us no later then 6:30pm the Friday before their scheduled classes. Students under the age of 18, must have a parent/legal guardian complete this registration form on their behalf. We offer the course every Saturday (Part A) and Sunday (Part B) online via zoom from 10am-2pm. Students must complete both parts in order to receive their certificate.  Please input which weekend the student would like to attend the course and text 203-941-0386 with any questions. *

It is the sole responsibility of the student to contact us the Friday before their scheduled classes by 4pm if they are unable to access the Zoom links. Please text 203-941-0386 no later than 5pm so that we can assist you.  Please sign the student's name below. *

I understand that it is the student's responsibility to ensure that they have access to their certificate 48 hours in advance of their scheduled road test. Students must call/text 203-941-0386 to check on the status of their certificate. MDS will not be held responsible for any rescheduled road tests due to missing documentation or other reasons presented to the student by the DMV. I understand that I must email a picture of the student's permit in a separate email by Sunday. Certificates will be emailed by the following Friday upon course completion. Attendance is taken during the beginning of each class. Students must have their first and last name listed on the Zoom call for identification purposes. Any student who misses attendance and does not indicate their presence will be marked as absent. Students will only be able to receive their certificates if they have been marked for both parts of the course. Please sign your name below.  *
I understand that MDS has a strict no refund policy. It is the student's responsibility to clarify and/or confirm all requirements with their local dmv before enrolling in any of our services.
