Prepare yourselves for the 6 week Summer "Intensive" Series - I need your commitment to make all 12 Practices - or absolutely as many as you can.  We can make a considerable change in 12 practices - but that is not a lot of time.  We will be picking up the intensity of the Summer Series this year - it will not just be technique - we are going to train our bodies & our minds along with a few techniques that will help us get over the hump - but most importantly our "MENTALITIES"!  
Make sure you Prepare for each Practice:
1. Bring Running Shoes to each Practice
2. Eat Early in the afternoon or Eat Light - we will be doing some pretty tough workouts - I don't like cleaning up puke piles (but I will if I have to)
3. Bring a Partner - get on your phones and make sure your training partner is coming to practice - I hate 3 ways and mismatches - take control of your career.
4. Expect to change your results - that is why we are doing this - that is what is fun - See you the first part of June.

Dates:  June 6, 8,13,15, 20, 22  July 11,13,18, 20, 25, 27 **
Where:  SAHS wrestling room
For Who: all wrestlers entering grades 6-12+ (Exceptions made for 4th and 5th graders that are advanced enough to handle the practices.)
Coach:  Tim Hartung
Cost:  $50

** Note: No sessions planned on June 27 & 29 for HS Team Malecek Camp and July 4 & 6 for MSHSL No Contact and Holiday week.
