Mercadillo – Participación consciente

Nos sentimos profundamente agradecidos de que quieras compartir tu proyecto en nuestro mercadillo. Este espacio existe para reunir propuestas llenas de alma, creatividad y cuidado, y cada participante aporta su energía e intención, haciendo que el festival cobre vida.

Criterios de selección:
Buscamos puestos con productos y propuestas que tengan alma y autenticidad, elaborados con conciencia y respeto por el entorno, que sorprendan por su estilo único, reflejen creatividad, estén hechos de manera artesanal y que aporten algo especial a quienes los descubran.

Sobre la logística de tu puesto:

• El festival te ofrecerá un espacio para montar tu puesto; si necesitas electricidad, debes traer tu propia alargadera de unos 25 metros y tus luces, el festival no las proporciona, siendo preferible el uso de luces solares.

• Si no dispones de carpa, la organización puede ofrecerte el servicio de alquiler.

• Montaje del puesto: día 1 a partir de las 15:00.

• Desmontaje del puesto: día 4 antes de las 19:00.

• Llevar todo lo necesario para tu puesto (máximo 3 × 3 m).

• Contribución: aportar el 10 % de las ventas como apoyo al festival.

• No se permite la venta de comida o bebida.

Sostenibilidad y cuidado del espacio:

• Preferiblemente el uso de bolsas de papel o tela reciclada.

• Separar y gestionar los residuos en los contenedores correspondientes.

• Mantener la zona limpia al desmontar.

Estamos muy agradecidos por tu interés y tu buena energía. Cada puesto, cada detalle y cada presencia ayudan a que la vibra del festival lata con más luz, amor y cuidado.

Confirmación de plaza:

Si tu solicitud es aceptada, dispondrás de 5 días para adquirir tu entrada y confirmar tu plaza.
Pasado ese plazo, la plaza se ofrecerá a otra persona.

Conscious Market – Participation

We are deeply grateful that you want to share your project at our market. This space exists to bring together proposals full of soul, creativity, and care, and each participant contributes their energy and intention, helping the festival come alive.

Selection Criteria:
We are looking for stalls with products that are authentic and heartfelt, created with awareness and respect for the environment, that stand out for their unique style, showcase creativity, are made artisanal, and offer something special to those who discover them.

About your stall logistics:
The festival will provide you with a space to set up your stall; if you need electricity, you must bring your own extension cord (approximately 25 meters) and your own lights, with solar lights preferred, as the festival does not provide them.

If you do not have a tent, the organization can offer a rental service.

• Stall setup: Day 1 from 15:00

• Stall dismantle: Day 4 before 19:00

• Bring everything necessary for your stall (maximum 3 × 3 m)

• Contribution: provide 10 % of your sales to support the festival

• Selling food or drinks is not permitted

Sustainability and care of the space:

• Preferably use paper or recycled cloth bags

• Separate and manage waste in the appropriate recycling containers

• Keep your area clean when dismantling your stall

Confirmation of place:
If your application is accepted, you will have 5 days to purchase your ticket and confirm your place. After this period, the spot will be offered to another participant.
