Party Wall Agreement and Notice Request
We are going to ask you some detailed questions to enable us to prepare the notices - Don't worry if you don't know all the answers - We will contact you to discuss if we need any additional information.
When the process is complete we will send you a notice or notices to give to your neighbour(s) and and Agreement/Acknowledgement forms for your neighbour(s) to sign and return to you. Our notices are designed to offer necessary assurances therefore and to encourage your neighbour(s) to consent. Our fee includes Land Registry search fees to correctly identify your neighbour(s)

When is the earliest date (from now) that you anticipate wanting to start building works?
This information must be included in the notice and there are minimum periods of notice (1 or 2 months) dependent on the type of work proposed (if you want to start in advance of the statutory notice period we will include a request for the neighbours agreement to this)
