Student Pledge for iPad Use
Students are required to complete the information below and submit this form before an iPad can be issued.

  1. I will be responsible for my iPad and take good care of it.
  2. I will never loan the iPad to other individuals.
  3. I will know where the iPad is at all times.
  4. I will make sure that my iPad is in a locked, secure place if it is unattended. 
  5. I will fully charge the iPad's battery at home each day before coming to school.
  6. I will keep food and beverages away from the iPad.
  7. I will not disassemble any part of the iPad or attempt any repairs.
  8. I will protect the iPad by always carrying it in the cover provided.
  9. I will use the iPad in ways that are appropriate and educational.
  10. I will not place decorations (such as stickers, markers, etc.) on the iPad nor will I deface or cover the serial number on any iPad.
  11. I understand that the iPad is subject to inspection at any time without notice and remains the property of Bedford Public School District.
  12. I will follow the policies outlined in Bedford Public Schools' iPad Policy and User Agreement at all times.
  13. I will file an incident report with the Technology Department in the case of damage or loss. 
  14. I will notify the High School Student Office and file a police report with the Bedford Police Department in the event of theft or vandalism.
  15. I will be financially responsible for all damage or loss of my iPad, case, charging block, and/or power cord.
  16. I agree to return the iPad, case, charging block, and power cord in good working condition.
  17. I will not attempt to jailbreak or interfere with the operating system of the iPad.
