Custom Eurovision: Winners vs. 2nd Places vs. My Winners - Paraliminary SF

In order to round up the number of contestants to 43, 12 songs that finished 2nd in my annual rankings compete in the Paraliminary SF, where the 6 qualifiers will join their respective Semi Finals and compete as well. In case a 2nd place of mine is an IRL winner/2nd place that already competes, then the 3rd place or the place below competes in this SF instead. The top 5 of the televote (your votes) qualify + my own pick.
