Barnes Young Musician of the Year Competition Application 2025
Entry Guidelines:

- Entry deadline: Monday 24th February 2025

- Applications are welcome from students of Grade 6 standard and above on any instrument, who are aged up to and including 18 years.

- Applicants should either live, attend school or take their instrumental lessons in SW13 or SW14. Pupils from affiliated schools are included.

- Repertoire will be free choice, but should be in the region of eight to ten minutes in length. 

- The preliminary round is a video submission of 3-5 minutes in length, which should be submitted via this form. This does not have to be a complete piece.

- The final adjudication will take place on 16th March at 12pm at the OSO Arts Centre in Barnes. The adjudication will be led by Ben Goldscheider. The decision of the adjudicator will be final. Parents, teachers and friends are invited to attend.

The Young Musician 2025 will be invited to perform at the Final Concert of the Barnes Music Festival on March 29th at 7.30pm
