LIIFT 4 Challenge Group Application
I'm Kim Danger, a 5-Star Diamond Elite Team Beachbody Coach. I am looking for a select group of participants I can mentor in an EXCLUSIVE FLEXIBLE 4 Days-a-Week Accountability Group. Please only apply if you are motivated to make a change and are committed to sticking to the program for the full eight weeks. You must be willing to commit to the FULL program to be accepted: Four at-home workouts per week, nutrition program including one shake per day (your choice: either a superfood shake or a protein shake)
