Please note that only 1 site can be selected and only one allotment per household.

Please inform Sacriston Parish Council of any changes to your contact details, as we may not be able to contact you to inform you of an allotment offer. You can email us at clerk@sacristonparishcouncil.gov.uk to notify us of any changes. 

If we are unable to contact you to offer you an allotment plot, or if you do not respond within the stated time period when offered a plot, your details will be removed from the waiting list.

Applications will only be considered for people living in the parish of Sacriston plus one mile. Identification of proof of address will be requested.

The current annual rent is £40 (under 65 years old) and £35 (over 65 years old). The rent is subject to change and will be confirmed to you when a plot becomes available.

A gate key deposit of £20 is payable.

All information held by the Parish Council is held in accordance with our GDPR policy, which can be found on our website, www.sacristonparishcouncil.gov.uk 

By completing this form, I wish for my name to be placed on the waiting list. I understand that allocation will be made in strict order according to the waiting list, and I agree to comply with all regulations pertaining to the use of this facility. 

I understand that if I am offered an allotment and refuse to accept it, my name will return to the bottom of the waiting list.
