Cap: 100 athletes total per race. First-come, first-served.

Event Overview: Whether you're training for a fitness race, considering signing up for one, or just looking to test your fitness, join us at Evolve Fitness PHL for a full HYROX race! Anyone is welcome to participate in any of the 4 races just for fun. Athletes can also opt to compete in at least 2 out of the 4 races to be in the running for a grand cash prize at the end of the year. Competitors will be assigned a judge and earn a time at each race, and the athletes in each category with the best average time at the end of the year will be crowned Philly's Hyrox Simulation Royalty! The more races you do, the better shot you have at a faster end-of-year time.

We are also excited to partner with Perform Better for this year's Simulation Series to bring you official Centr x HYROX equipment at each race. Thanks to Perform Better, we are able to level up this year's series in a way that will give you an even more intentional, realistic prep experience if you are training for an official HYROX race!

PRICES

Individual & Doubles Prices:
Single Race Registration Fee - $55 for Evolve Members | $95 for Non-Members (per athlete)

Team Relay Prices:
Evolve Team Single Race Registration (at least 2 Evolve members) - $140 (per team)
Non-Member Team Single Race Registration - $240 (per team)

Registration includes access to the simulation and a special edition Evolve HYROX Simulation Patch!

HEAT SCHEDULES
Starting at or around 8 a.m., we will run heats of 2 athletes and/or teams at a time starting every 12 minutes.

Heat times will be shared one week in advance of the event, once registration has closed. Competitors can expect to be placed in earlier heat times. If you have a preferred start time, please provide it in the comment section below, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

COMPETITORS
To be eligible to compete, you must participate in 2 or more races in the same division and with the same partner in the case of doubles. You will be assigned a judge to follow you through the race and turn in a scoresheet at the conclusion of the race. Best average times at the end of the year win.

JUDGING PROCEDURES
ONLY competitors (those who plan to complete 2 or more races in the same division & with the same partner, if applicable) are guaranteed judge assignments and a spot on the leaderboard. If you are only participating in a single race or are signed up “just for fun,” we will not automatically assign you a judge, and you will not be added to the leaderboard.

TEAM RELAYS
We will be limiting team relay spots to 12 per race, and teams will all race in the afternoon (likely between 1-3pm).

Cancellation Policy: Registrations are non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the race you sign up for (or the first race of the series if you sign up for multiple). Registrations are transferable with proper communication.
