1.  Being different in temperament and behaviour still Ram and Dileep we are very good friends. Dilip used to meet everybody openly,  used to talk and sit with them. In his friends circle included not only the people of village but many people of the city even some foreigners too. He used to visit them all. Though leaving in village Dilip looked like inhabitant of urban area.
Ram also used to meet people openly talk to everybody and sit with them. But his friends circle was small and limited to village only. He was devoted to his family. He lived in village and remained member of the village too. Had it been possible to put friendly behaviour according to its extensity on the ladder rung, the top and bottom rungs might have been received by Dileep and Ram respectively.

2. Ram had full faith in religious traditions. His self contended mind used to dislike exploitation of opportunities and head breaking efforts. Nobody can stop what is allotted in fate Nor can get what is not been allotted.  New experiments in farming, as such had no fascination for him.
 Dileep was completely in emerald by the new scientific discoveries. What not the science can do? Talking about faith is meaningless. It can be reversed what to talk of farming, welfare, wealth even life can be changed by the help of science. Desirable change can be brought in all.

3. New experiments weather in farming or any other field involve a risk in the beginning.  Farm money and labour all are put of stake. Whether no one succeeds or not is proved later at the end of the experiment. Even then Dileep was head of all in all such new adventures for any big success on have to put his life it's take Dileep was extremely venture some.
Ram believed such ventures senseless. For him it was important to act on a definite live of action. He did not appreciate in attempting to new experiments. His conducted mind never liked to replace the old familiar way at risk for the new one is considered as foolishness.
For new experiments accepting challenge or having inclination for living known approaches for ventures if put on the ladder the top and bottom ranges might have been given to Dileep and Ram respectively.

4.Values of life, faith, tradition, rituals are significant. Which are transferred from ancestors are very important in the life of Ram. Life is meant for values and not for just living new experiments in farming, poultry and piggery. Where at one place to satisfy hunger need on the other side they also arouse hunger. It is better to starve then to leave without traditions. Ram was proud of his traditions.
According to Dileep old traditions were for old times only and not for today. He liked new techniques for production. These are meant for making life happy Dileep was completely a man of new era. He had no hesitation for piggery.

5. People with different line of thinking value and philosophy of life have different ways of working and approach to take decisions. People who give equal respect to all think that all are equal, value the opinion of all and believe in group participation are termed as democrats. Dileep was such a person. He believed in working together. He never took decisions alone. Everybody used to like him and consider him as they are model of life. 
On the other hand Ram was a different kind of a person. His performance was a result of his decisions in the work. He believed in listening to all but doing things as per his own wishes. He used to stick to his opinion without any hesitation. According to him Hitler and Napoleon where right persons.

6. Rigidity and flexibility, stability and sacrifice are important considerations of personality temperament and behaviour. People with rigid temperament and personality, do not like to do every work. They take up only those jobs which are meant for them.
Ram had a rigid personality temperament and behaviour. 
He used to enjoy only in farming. He could not do any other vocation. There was an unique flexibility and empathy in the nature expression of behaviour in integration of personality of Dileep. He was able to get involved very easily in any new business.
