Dragon Boat Volunteer Signup
Volunteers will play a vital role in the success of the inaugural Mitchell's Place Dragon Boat Race & Festival on Saturday, August 24, 2019!
We will be enlisting the help of approximately 60 volunteers to work on various committees such as setup/breakdown, team registration, team ambassadors, merchandise, guest services and other various tasks. All volunteers are asked to work one full shift on either Friday, August 23 or Saturday, August 24, which is approximately 4-6 hours long. Each volunteer will receive an event shirt, food and beverage while working his/her shift.

Shift 1 (Setup): Friday, August 23, 10:00am - 2:00pm
Shift 2 (Setup): Friday, August 23, 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Shift 3 (Raceday): Saturday, August 24, 7:00am - 11:00am
Shift 4 (Raceday): Saturday, August 24, 11:00am - 2:00pm
Each volunteer is given the opportunity to select up to TWO committee preferences during registration. Volunteers will be notified of their committee assignment after we receive all submission forms. Positions are granted on a first come, first served basis. Once a committee is full, it will no longer be available during registration.
