MNLL Refund Request Form
To request a player registration refund, please fill out the Refund Request Form below.  Our MNLL Registration Coordinator will contact you to confirm your request.  If you have any questions you may contact us at Registration@mnllbaseball.org.

Please note the following:
  • A refund request made before player evaluations will be refunded in full (minus service fee).
  • A refund request made after player evaluations are subject to MNLL Board review. 
  • Any refund issued will be minus the $3 service fee.
