Splitrock Farm and Retreat is accepting applications for short-term farm stays - living on our beautiful 101 acre property in exchange for skills and labor to develop the property and programs. In addition to the farm stay commitment of 8-10 hours weekly, there will be opportunities to earn income through the core business and open discussions for various entrepreneurial endeavors.

Land & Facility Stewardship - arborist, trail designers, builders, electricians, solar specialists, plumbers, carpenters
Store - Inventory management for camping, fit, and education supplies, farm goods, handcrafted products
Farm - animal husbandry, growers, pickers, irrigators, producers (*High demand for farm animal caretakers)
