SPECIAL NOTICE: At this time we are planning on moving forward in having a parade in 2021 to celebrate Canadian Days. The health and safety of our community and participants is still our top priority and we will be monitoring the State guidelines throughout the planning process and may be issuing additional rules and regulations pertaining to safety for the enjoyment for all involved. Please watch for more updates on this issue in emails, Facebook page, and our website. Thank you!

Join Us for the 2021 Canadian Days Parade on Sunday, August 1.
Parade starts at Noon ~ Lineup will begin at 10 a.m.

Entrants are encouraged to incorporate our theme "Time for Fun in '21" into their unit. Be creative…Help make our parade fun for the spectators. Cash Prizes for the following three categories: Best Overall Use of the Theme ~ Best Visiting Dignitaries/Ambassador/Royalty ~ Best Youth Entry (50% of unit participants are under the age of 21).

Parade Fee is $30 and must be received by the office by the parade deadline of July 16, 2021.
Once the fee is received - confirmation and parade directions will be sent to the contact person listed on this form.

Line-up numbers will be sent and posted on-line by July 28.

There will be NO campaigning, positive or negative, by any parade participant. There will be no display, signage, distribution of materials, voice or audio messages in support of or against any political candidate or issue, in or along the parade route.

Canadian Days is a nonprofit organization whose mission is, in part, to celebrate the heritage of Little Canada and the connection with our Sister City Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. We are nonpartisan and, therefore, support no political issues, candidates or elected officials of any party. Active campaigning during the parade detracts from this mission. Parade entrants and persons participating are to only promote our parade theme or their respective business or festival.

Selected Little Canada officials and invited Thunder Bay elected officials and/or their delegations, may appear in the parade as recognition of the positions they hold in our two communities, but not to give them an opportunity to campaign.
