After School Club Registration 
The After School Club, for students in Early Childhood through fourth grade, meets after dismissal until 6 p.m. daily.  Families can register for either five days until 4:30 or five days until 6:00.

Drop-in is available every day until 6:00 for $30/day.  You must sign up for drop-in by noon on the day you need care.

The undersigned parents or guardians wish to enroll the Hathaway Brown student(s) listed above in Hathaway Brown's After-School Club. The contract will be based on the number of days and times selected and billed accordingly. As an extension of the regular school day, this contract will be governed by the same terms and conditions as the student's enrollment agreement.
