Topper kits is a grad cap you get to assemble yourself.
I will cut out everything for you and you have the option to have the flowers assembled by me for an extra charge or you can roll flowers yourself. This is not a grad cap that I will glue all together, you will have materials to glue yourself.
*Directions on how to decorate and assemble to flowers all be located with the packaging. Spinning tool will also be included in packaging if you choose to roll your own flowers.

- Base ( glitter, printed, or solid color)
