Customer Acknowledgement Agreement *
1) Communication: Typically, a phone call will be the first form of communication, followed by the preferred method as listed above. 2) Guarantee: Wilcox PC Pro Services' independent contractor, Micah Wilcox, is a certified professional and strives to provide the very best in customer service. All work is guaranteed for 30 days. Any follow-up calls related to the same service during the 30-day window will be free(**Due to the nature of malware, malware removal is the only exception to this guarantee). 3) Availability: Wilcox PC Pro Services operates Monday through Friday, although weekend services can be performed upon request. If a request is submitted on Friday after 6:00 pm, you may not receive a reply until the following Monday (excluding holidays). 4) Data recovery: For data recovery to be possible, the storage medium (hard disk drive, flash drive, etc.) must be recognized by an operating system. Although I am willing to attempt to repair damaged hard drives, I do not have a certified ISO class 5 clean lab with tools to be able to guarantee that service.
