In an effort to create a booking system that works for everyone we currently have two options.
1. Fill in and submit this form and we will contact you as soon as possible with availability.
2. Visit https://www.vagaro.com/threesixteenhairhaven to find an appointment time that works for you and we will approve your request as soon as possible. *Existing guests: please email threesixteenhairhaven@gmail.com for your log in information.

Please read our policies listed below and submit the form to acknowledge that you agree to them.

• We ask that no one come in for a service if they themselves or anyone in their household is or has been feeling sick.
• All first time bookings for color require the completion of our Color Service Form.
• To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all of our guests, we kindly request that children are not brought in to the salon during color appointments.
• Guests who arrive 15 minutes late may forfeit some or all of their scheduled services and may be required to reschedule for a later date.
• Guests who are unable to make their appointments are asked to call or text at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, not doing so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of services booked.
• No Show appointments will incur a fee equal to 100% of services booked.
• Guests will not be rebooked until fees have been paid.
