We are recruiting artists who identify as women and non-binary people of color (POC) who work professionally in Portland theatre to mentor one emerging artist in their same theatrical discipline.
About the program:
For the second session of this mentorship program, The AGE Theatre Collective will provide a packet to mentors outlining a suggested structure of their four month long mentorship. From this structure, mentors will work with mentees to make the mentorship into something that serves the growth of both individual artists.
