The Dennington Day Out committee is collecting information for current St John's Students from Year 3 to Year 6 who would like to hold their own stall at Dennington's Day Out Sunday November 10th. The Stall will run for 1 hour max ensuring that the children will still have plenty of time to enjoy the day with their friends.
This form must be filled out by a Guardian. By filling out this form you are giving permission for your child to have a stall at DDO November 10th.
