Illinois School Counselor Association (ISCA) Membership Survey 2016-2017
ISCA is dedicated to supporting school counselors in providing data-driven comprehensive school counseling programs for K-12 students in preparation for post-secondary education and the world of work. In order to help guide ISCA in our efforts to support our members, please take a few moments to complete this Membership Survey so that we can better understand the landscape of school counseling across Illinois and the needs and interests of our members related to legislative advocacy, professional learning, and the ISCA Annual Conference in particular.

NOTE: The results of this survey will have all identifying information removed. Findings from the survey will be analyzed to assess the services, resources, and supports provided by the Illinois School Counselor Association. At the ISCA Annual Conference 2017 in Bloomington, IL on April 7, 2017 and Rosemont, IL on April 21, 2017, ISCA will conduct a raffle of survey submissions. One lucky winner at each conference will receive free ISCA/ICA membership for one year (up to a $95 value)--you do not need to be present to receive your prize. If you are interested in participating in this raffle, please respond to the optional question asking for your name and contact information at the end of the survey so that we can notify you if you are a winner. NOTE: Survey responses will continue to be accepted after the conferences.

Thank you in advance for completing this survey. If you have any questions, please contact Barbara Karpouzian, ISCA President, at: or Dan Stasi, ISCA Executive Director, at:

Direct and indirect services do not include tasks such as time spent on planning, counseling program assessment, data analysis, professional development, and meetings.
