The 2026 UUCNC Chili Cook-off ENTRY FORM
Register here to enter YOUR delicious homemade chili. Event will be held at 5 pm on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 222 Temple Street, Fredonia NY. Entry fee is $10.00.  There will be a prizes for the winning entry in each of three categories (vegetarian chili, chili con carne (meat), and non-traditional chili). Winners will be  determined by experienced culinary judges, with one additional prize for People's Choice.

RULES: 
  • 3 quarts of chili must be delivered, hot, in a slow cooker, between 3:45- 4:00 PM on January 10 to 222 Temple Street, Fredonia. 
  • A COMPLETE list of ingredients must accompany each entry, because of food sensitivities in those who will be tasting.
  • Voting and judging will close at 7:00 PM, with winners announced at 7:15.
