For transparency, coaches take players into their teams at their own discretion (with the exception of Rising Stars and Wildcats). The waiting list isn't based on a first come basis in all cases. Coaches may also invite players to training or hold open training sessions throughout the season, without offering your child a place within a team, or in fact take players into their teams who are not on the waiting list, again all at the coaches discretion.
