Health and Safety: The safety and well-being of our travelers are of utmost importance. We expect all individuals who are a part of the trip to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by the trip leaders or guides.
Travel Style: We would like to emphasize that our trips focus on providing a backpacking-style experience rather than a traditional and a conventional group tour. We kindly request the participants to consider joining us only if this aligns with your expectations. When traveling with us, be prepared to embrace a more local and immersive travel experience.

Program Viability and Holiday changes: Trips N Tales has a specified minimum number of bookings required for a programme of holidays(minimum 10-11) and Trips N Tales has obligation to provide that programme shall be contingent upon Trips N Tales receiving and maintaining that minimum number of bookings. In the event that Trips N Tales does not receive the minimum number of bookings or having received such minimum number has that number reduced by reason of cancellations or transfers by Clients or otherwise, Trips N Tales shall be entitled to offer suitable alternatives, refunds or reschedules to the Client and the Client shall not be entitled to make a claim for loss arising as a consequence of cancellation or changes in these circumstances
Satisfaction Disclaimer: At Trips n Tales, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction during your trip. Nevertheless, in the event that our services do not meet your expectations, please be informed that Trips n Tales shall not be held responsible for any refund obligations.
Flight Responsibility Limitation: The internal flights we arrange are based on the allocated budget and the trip cost provided to you. In the event that you express dissatisfaction with the internal flight timings, please note that Trips n Tales shall not be held liable for any refund claims or making any changes to the flights after the booking has been completed. In the event of rescheduling or cancellations by airlines, Trips N Tales shall not be held responsible. Any claims or refunds related to such changes should be addressed directly with the respective airlines as per their terms and conditions. Trips N Tales will provide necessary assistance and support to facilitate communication between travelers and the relevant service providers.
Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.
Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the travelers to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for the destinations included in the itinerary. The company will not be held liable for any issues arising from the lack of proper documentation.
Visa Discretion: The decision to grant or refuse a visa from any country lies solely within the discretion of the respective consulate. Trips n Tales cannot be held responsible or blamed for any visa refusals.
Changes and Cancellations: Trips N Tales reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or transportation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, or supplier availability). In the event of significant changes or trip cancellations, suitable alternatives or refunds will be provided.
Code of Conduct: Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, local communities, and the environment. Any behavior deemed offensive, disruptive, or illegal may result in immediate termination of the trip without refunds. Trips n Tales has a zero-tolerance policy for the use of foul language or any other form of misbehavior towards our employees, fellow travelers, or trip buddy. We maintain a commitment to ensuring a respectful and positive environment for everyone involved in our trips.
Illegal Conduct Exemption: Trips n Tales will not assume responsibility for any illegal activities conducted by any participant during the trip.
Conduct Discretion: Trips n Tales reserves the right to refuse service to individuals whom we deem to be exhibiting inappropriate conduct or behavior.
Non-Participation Liability: In the event that you are unable to participate in any scheduled excursion/activity included in the itinerary or miss any internal flight during the trip, Trips n Tales shall not be held responsible for any resulting loss or liable for refunds or any form of compensation.
Health and Fitness Requirements: Some trips may involve physical activities or require a certain level of fitness. Travelers should assess their own capabilities and disclose any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their participation. The company may request a medical certificate or impose restrictions if deemed necessary for the safety of the traveler and the group.
Photography and Media: By participating in the trip, travelers grant the company the right to use any photographs, videos, or testimonials taken during the trip for promotional and marketing purposes.
Constructive Feedback: If you have had an unsatisfactory experience with Trips N Tales, we kindly request that you refrain from defaming the business through social media or any other platforms. We encourage open and constructive communication to address any concerns or issues you may have encountered during your experience with us.
Inclusion Accountability: We are committed to strictly following the inclusions outlined in the itinerary. In the event that any services mentioned in the inclusions are inadvertently missed, we will provide suitable compensation. However, it is important to note that if there are any misunderstandings arising from your side regarding the itinerary, Trips n Tales cannot be held responsible.
Limitation of Liability: The company shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or delay incurred during the trip, including but not limited to accidents, illnesses, or theft. Travelers are responsible for their own well-being and personal belongings.
Liability Exemption: Trips n Tales shall not be held liable for any accidents, deaths, injuries, or health-related issues that may occur during the trip due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Non-liability: Trips n Tales strives to offer a trip buddy for the majority of group trips. In situations where the group count falls below a certain threshold, the presence of a trip buddy may not be possible. Trips n Tales explicitly states that it shall not be held responsible for the absence of a trip buddy when the group count is insufficient.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes or claims arising from the trip shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the company's registered location. Efforts should be made to resolve conflicts through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
Severability: If any provision of the terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
