Thank you for your interest in the Wisconsin Organic Vegetable Farm Manager Apprenticeship program! The information you choose to provide through this form will help us learn about your priorities and identify potential host farms. Please note that this is a general interest form, not an application to the program or guarantee of placement. If you have questions or would like to talk with someone about the program, please contact the Apprenticeship Manager at sam@csacoalition.org.

Please also note that most apprenticeships begin by May. If you are filling out this form after April, we are happy to talk about possibilities for this year, but more likely, we would be looking at starting the program the following spring.
