Chef candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience cooking in fine dining NYC restaurants. Must have held a position comparable to Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or Michelin level Chef de Partie.
Michelin training, experience cooking in private homes, and a car to get to our clients' residences is preferred.

All candidates must be energetic, sharp, hardworking and enthusiastic. Must be comfortable in front of guests and working in a variety of kitchen environments, mostly open, around NYC. We have a fully equipped kitchen space that is available to prep from in Jersey City, just off the Hoboken Path Train.
Cook compensation is $15-$20/ hr when prepping and assisting on events.Chefs compensation is $400 - $600+/ event. Typical event is a 2 day commitment.
