Once your response has been submitted you will receive an email from us within 3-5 business days. 7-10 days before your field trip we will send you an invoice for $75/hr per class, plus GST. Invoices are payable up to 2 weeks past the date of the class by cash, cheque or e-transfer to facilities@sandowncentre.com
If you require transportation, we will hire the Community Action Bus for your field trip or reimburse you to book a school bus of your choosing.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay the cost of the field trip.
