We normally ship HK Air Registered Mail, we find this method to have the best prices.

Air Registered Mail normally takes around 2 weeks to arrive in most countries (once shipped)

International registered mail and international air mail : No track events will be shown for Australia, Canada and United states.  However, if the item was sent using Registered Post International, a signature will be obtained when the item is delivered.

We can still assist however it will takes 1 -2 months for the tracking process , but normally when the parcel reached your country, probably 2 weeks time you will receive it ( It depends on the local post office)
About the lost parcel case, don't worry. It seldom happens .

It will be faster if you checked with your local post office rather than through us as the post office here in Hong Kong cannot provide much details re: sent out items.
