President of DDC Events/Primary Contact: Oversees the planning, marketing, and execution of events. Is in charge of all main communications with potential speakers (Initial outreach can be done by any board member, at the discretion of the President). Meets regularly with the faculty advisor and leaders of DDC Productions to relay decisions and ideas generated by the board. Voting Officer.

Financial Manager: Liaison between DDC Events and other departments on campus, as well as OSI. Works to secure funding for events. Collaborates with the rest of the board to create the budget for events, and shares this information with departments funding the events. Voting Officer.

Social Media & Marketing Manager (up to 2): Ideally has Graphic Design, Photography, or Videography experience. Creates and/or manages all club social media accounts. Takes pictures and videos during events. Creates flyers for events and puts them up around campus and online. Posts pictures and videos taken during events. Generally in charge of marketing events and the club as a whole. Communicates with the DDC Events President to ensure all posts and information being related through them are approved by the club. Non-Voting Officer, but may submit ideas like all other club members.
