Legal, Technological, and Social Barriers to Free Knowledge
Join the Wikimedia Foundation for a panel discussion that will focus on new developments in free knowledge dissemination, particularly in the Global South where limited access to the Internet, social mores, or unstable political regimes may hinder the spread of free knowledge. A reception with wine, beer, and snacks will follow the panel discussion.
