Dear Students & Attendees,

Please fill out this form to confirm your attendance at the Senior Design Expo on December 3rd from 3:30-6:30pm. The event will be located in the IOE building on both the first and ground floors.

This form is due on: November 19, 2025 for catering purposes.

Student participants: Please wear business casual & arrive by 3PM for set up. Select participant only on Question 3.

(By taking part in this event, you grant the University of Michigan the right to use the photographs. The University/CoE may use the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. This might include, but is not limited to, the right to use them in printed and online publicity, and social media.)
