2025 NW Regional Youth Conference Participant Interest Form
Please fill out this form to indicate your interest in attending the 2025 NW Regional Youth Conference

Location: Seattle Pacific University 
Date: Friday, June 20 - Sunday, June 22
Who: For all youth ages 15-25

Note: If over 25-years-old and you are able to offer service as a volunteer, please fill out the volunteer interest form.

TWO STAGE REGISTRATION PROCESS: This interest form is Stage 1 the registration process. Once this interest form is accepted, each approved participant will receive an invitation (Stage 2) to register for the youth conference in CVENT. The Stage 2 registration will begin on May 1st. All participants will need to complete both Stage 1 and Stage 2.

The conference begins with check in at 12:30pm to 2:30 pm. Yet, we are aware that some are still in school at that time.
