For the online auction in March, we would love to offer at least one sign-up party per grade level for students, adults or both.

Would you like to host a sign-up party? You can host alone or with other families to divide up the work and cost to provide a fun event for Alamo that benefits the Ed Fund!

First up-What is a Sign-up Party?

A sign-up or "buy-in party" is a community-building social event donated and planned by the host(s). You are throwing a party or event, but there is a cost for each guest to attend and funds go to the Ed Fund. As such, you get to choose the number of attendees, date, etc and Alamo Ed Fund receives the revenue. The Ed Fund will reimburse up to 10% of the gross profits (except alcohol) from the event revenue back to the hosts(s) to help with any costs. Costs can go towards a tax write-off (consult a professional) for hosts. Revenue is donated to the Ed Fund as this is a fundraiser.
