Application form for BEST CREATIVE DESTINATION and BEST STRATEGY FOR CREATIVE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT
1 - All companies / organizations must have been in operation for at least 6 full months (except for the category: Best Strategy for Creative Tourism Development, which referts to Projects that have not been launched yet).

2 - All applications must be in ENGLISH.

3 - Applications must reach the Creative Tourism Network® by December 31st, 2018.

4 - Only complete entries will be considered.

5 - If you wish to enter multiple projects, please feel an e-form by entry.

6 - Entries may register through the e-form. Contact the following e-mail for inquiries is: info@creativetourismnetwork.org

7 - Applications forms can be completed by supporting materials (photos, videos, newspaper articles, brochures etc. ), This material has to be sent to info@creativetourismnetwork.org before December 31st, 2018.

8 - The information and data provided in the e-form will be used by the judges for the nomination process as well as for the communication and press kit, that's why it is required to indicate potential copyrights and credits.
