So Every BODY Can Move: Fiscal Impact L-Code Survey
This short survey is intended for Orthotic & Prosthetic Clinicians (CPO, CO, CP & Residents in the United States, and O&P leadership professionals). The purpose of this survey is to understand the most common devices for specific patient use scenarios (as identified by base and modifier L-Codes) in your clinic. No patient identifiable data will be used to complete this survey.
This data will be used to project the potential fiscal and social impact of "So Every BODY Can Move" legislation across 9 states in the 2024 Legislative Session. This report will mirror the below linked report for 9 new states (MN, FL, NH, TN, OH, OR, ID, MD, & NJ) under the same primary authorship (visit us at www.upstreaminformatics.org), now contracted through AOPA to conduct this research. Furthermore, this data will help estimate the increase in per month per member (PMPM) costs to commercial insured networks across the 9 above states, information necessary to support the various state's advocacy groups and legislative sponsors through the bill process. Clinicians in any location across the United States may participate in effort to gather as much relevant claims data as possible.
