Refunds of $50 or more will be issued by mailed check to the address you provide in 10-14 business days. Refunds under $50 must be picked up at the Child Nutrition Office located at 1205 Foundation Dr. Waco, TX 76712. Please also ensure that AutoPay is turned off through MySchoolBucks to prevent any additional charges.

Please provide the names of all students for whom you are requesting a refund. If the combined account balances total more than $50, the refund will be issued in the form of a mailed check. Refund checks are void after 180 days. The refund request must be resubmitted after this time.
