Arrows Dance Team Tryouts
Tryouts for the 2023-2024 Arrows Dance Team season will take place in the SHS main gym on May 8th and 9th from 5pm to 9pm. Per OSAA rules and regulations, 8th graders and high schoolers are required to audition at separate times. 8th graders will have tryouts from 5-7pm and high schoolers will have tryouts from 7-9pm. 

Please fill out this form before arriving to tryouts!

SHS also requires that you fill out the athletic registration form and have an updated physical on file in order to try out. You can do that at this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf-krZpPJ192-t77z5_ZaUJf63As5BdCCX9lezwrcQa3NKofw/viewform?usp=sf_link (you do not need to pay the activities fee unless you become a member of the team). Please make sure to have all of this filled out BY MAY 4TH.

If you don't have a current physical on file with the school, you should be able to schedule one at any doctors office or clinic. Please turn the physical forms into Connie Pollock no later than May 4TH (here's the physical form: https://www.osaa.org/docs/forms/PhysicalExamination-English2017.pdf)
