If the training school is over-subscribed, selection of attendees will be made on the basis of the relevance of the training school to your particular area of research, in addition to COST policies of inclusiveness and excellence.  It is therefore important that you include a clear statement in the "Motivation" section for why you think you would be a good candidate to attend the Training School
