BIGHELP Art Contest

Please use this form to submit your registration and choose your preferred location and time-slot for participating in the contest. While we try our best to assign you to your preferred location & time-slot on first-come first-serve basis, we can't guarantee it because there is a limit on the number of participants that can be accommodated at each location and a time-slot.

To cover the expenses for organizing the contest and prizes, we suggest you make $20 donation per family when registering for this contest. Please make donation through PayPal or credit card at http://www.bighelp.org/bhp/site/donatenow and enter the Transaction ID in the registration form below.
