BITS Peer Mentor Intake Form
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Peer Mentor with BITS. We're excited to receive your application!

Please note - at BITS, we believe that representation is an important element of the mentorship we provide and as such, we strive to work with mentors who are representative of the young, diverse community that BITS serves. We are happy to accept applications from all entrepreneurs and young professionals but will seek to prioritize those that align with this mandate.

BITS mentors are:
- Professionals with an understanding of small business principles, or
- Entrepreneurs with 3-5 years of experience
- Between 21-39 years old
- Caring, empathetic, personable and action-orientated
- Inclusive to all

Each cohort of BITS programming runs for 8 sessions over the course of 9 weeks. Mentors are placed in one program per cohort and commit 3.5 hours on Saturdays during program sessions and 2-3 additional hours checking in with mentees during the week. Spring 2023 Cohort Schedule:
The program will run for 8 weeks on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.  Mentor Meeting 9:30am*

Week 1: Saturday, April 22nd from 9:30am to 1pm

Week 2: Saturday, April 29th from 9:30am to 1pm

Week 3: Saturday, May 6th from 9:30am to 1pm

Week 4: Saturday, May 13th from 9:30am to 1pm

Week 5: Saturday, May 27th from 9:30am to 1pm

Week 6: Saturday, June 3rd from 9:30am to 1pm

Week 7: Saturday, June 10th from 9:30am to 1pm

Ask An Entrepreneur: Tuesday, June 13th from 6pm to 9pm

Week 8: Saturday, June 17th is the graduation day and pitch event which will take place from 10am to 3pm.
