It is imperative that all crime and suspicious activity be reported to University Police accurately and promptly, when the victim or witness of a crime elects to or is able to make such a report. This may prevent further victimization and allow WSU to warn the campus community of any potential threat to their safety.

Please use this form to report Clery Act crimes. This data will be included in WSU’s Annual Security Report, as required by the federal Clery Act.
